Free Movie at Red Arrow’s Slice of Ice this Friday Night
Disney’s Popular “High School Musical 2”
(Milwaukee)- Fans of Disney’s smash hit, High School Musical are in for a real treat, a first in Milwaukee! Field Entertainment, producers of Disney’s High School Musical: The Ice Tour has just confirmed that Milwaukee County Parks will hold its first ever glide-in-movie at Red Arrow Park’s outdoor ice-skating rink, 920 N. Water St., this Friday, February 1st at 6:30 pm.
The pop culture phenomenon, Disney’s High School Musical 2, complete with hit songs, slick dance moves and non-stop team-spirited fun will set the tone for a fantastic night of fun for the whole family. Much like the drive-in movies of summer nights and days gone by, the glide-in will feature a great film, fun and even free popcorn, the only difference is that movie goers will be in motion, skating around the rink!
This promotion is sponsored by Disney’s High School Musical: The Ice Tour, w playing at the U.S. Cellular Arena next week, Feb. 7-10. Skating while the movie is playing is free, if you bring your own skates. Skates can be rented in Red Arrow’s warming shack for $5.50 per pair (including tax). Skate rental sizes range from toddler to women’s size 11 and men’s size 14. Groups and families are encouraged to attend.
