Welding Instructor, PT
Clarkesville Campus
Provide Welding instruction to students in a classroom and welding lab environment, which closely simulates the environment of business and industry. Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office. Will be required to pass the following welding tests:
· 2” Schedule XXH pipe in the 6G position GTAW process.
· 6” Schedule 80 pipe in the 6G position SMAW process 6010/7018 electrodes.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in Welding or related field *and* minimum three years’ in-field work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree in related field and credentials as an NCCER Certified Instructor.
Salary – Fee per course; no benefits
