In order to preserve the value and desirability of the Polo Farms Subdivision, the construction of homes in Polo Farms is subject to certain covenants, conditions, restrictions, and architectural review. In an effort to assist you in the architectural review and approval of your building and site plans, and to expedite the final approval of the construction of your home, enclosed you will find a copy of the Polo Farms:

Please be advised that the above review procedure/requirements, guidelines, covenants, and restrictions must be strictly complied with. Noncompliance may result in Architectural Review Committee (ARC) rejection of your building and site plans, delays, fines, and/or liens.
