PRAYER POINTS

Pray for wisdom, grace & strength for Jeff in his daily ministry, giving care and support to those who have been bereaved, those who are ill, their carers plus the everyday duties not forgetting Anne-Marie, Luke & Anna.
Pray for session, committee members & leaders of all organisations with preparations for the many Christmas activities planned.
While many committed church members spend much time in church based activities, they spend much longer in other settings, for many the work place. Pray for our Christian witness there, that God may be seen in and through His people – their attitudes, character, quality of work and conversation about Christ.
Give praise for the “Food & Fellowship Christmas Lunch. For Roberta and all involved in the preparations. For all who enjoyed a lovely meal & the Londonderry P.S. Senior Choir sharing Christmas Songs & Carols.
Pray for those on low incomes who are trapped in debt, food & fuel poverty. Give thanks for the generosity of our congregation to the food bank appeal & other opportunities to share with those in need.
Pray for Deaconess Roberta Irvine ministering in Greystone Road Pres. Church, Antrim. Pray for her & the ministry team that they will reach out relevantly and effectively to the people of Antrim and see spiritual fruit.
Malawi. Lynn Dowds sends the following prayer request for Malawi. Pray for the communities as they struggle with the power shortages and the changes in their environment increasing their daily struggle to survive. Pray for good rain fall and that there will be a good harvest, threats continue from the “army worm” throughout southern & central Africa.
Pray for God’s intervention bringing peace instead of the discord and anger so prevalent across the nations. Pray for God’s intervention in our country at this important time. Pray for all those sharing the message of God’s love, grace & forgiveness.
