This letter is to notify the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) of our intent to be considered for an Operation & Maintenance Contract for the calendar year 2013.
We anticipate the level of required O&M funding for 2013 to be $ ______.
I certify by my signature to this letter that I am authorized to conduct business for the above facility and I understand that specific requirements must be met in order to receive available funding and that I must maintain records through the cost year to apply for those costs. I also understand that by submitting this “Letter of Intent” I am given priority for funding based upon available funds and therefore no guarantees are given for funding.
