Photo Submission: Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. All photographs should accurately reflect the subject matter and the scene as it appeared. Photos can be digitally altered for standard optimization (removal of dust, cropping, reasonable adjustments to exposure, color and contrast, etc.). Multiple exposures that have been combined to produce a single "High Dynamic Range" image are acceptable.

2. If you choose to include people in your submission, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted, and must be able to provide copies of those releases to Cascade Fire Equipment upon request. Click here for an image release waiver form.

3. Photo captions must accompany all submissions, and should include the subject of the image, the location the image was taken, and the name and email address of the photographer(s).

5. To ensure the highest quality, submissions should be 6 megapixels or greater (multiply pixel width with pixel height). JPEG file format is preferable, but TIFF and PSD formats are also acceptable.

6. Both amateur and professional photographers are welcome to participate

7. Photographers will retain original copyrights to their photos.

8. The images are to be used by Cascade Fire Equipment for publications and internet marketing only and are not to be resold or otherwise distributed.

· To keep the files provided, and to archive the images on CD or in other electronic forms, so that your photos can be used and be properly credited
