Pharmacy Technician REVIEW

FALL 2011

1.) Each student will pick a partner and be assigned chapters from the text.

2.) Each pair will generate 10 questions form EACH chapter to use as a review of the course concepts. Questions must be original and well thought out. They may be multiple choice, true/false or open ended. Questions should be typed in 12 point, Arial font. Adjustment to page margins should be made so all questions fit on 1 page. MAKE SURE to label each set of questions with the corresponding chapter. ALSO, an answer key must be submitted for each chapter.

3.) Each pair will generate a worksheet for their classmates to complete. Use your creativity and apply yourself to make an effective worksheet. There is no minimum amount of questions or concepts for this part of the assignment. HOWEVER, evidence of the chapter objectives must be met. Listen for examples in class.

4.) All assignments should be proofread and free from ALL errors when submitted.

5.) Assignment is due by 9:30 pm on 12/1/2011.
