INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION
Applicant must file the following documents with the Human Resource office at the Pendleton Board of Education, 2525 Highway 27 North, Falmouth, KY 41040 before you can be considered for employment.
1. Completed and signed application.
2. Copy of high school diploma, G.E.D., or documentation of enrollment and satisfactory progress in a G.E.D. program. (According to the new state regulations, employees initially hired after July 13, 1990 shall hold a high school diploma or GED certificate, or be enrolled in a GED program and be progressing satisfactorily as defined by administration regulations adopted by the State Board for Adult Vocational Education and Vocational Rehabilitation.)
3. An applicant applying for an Instructional Assistant position must have taken and passed the TABE and PARAEDUCATOR TEST(S) prior to the position deadline. (Tests are given at the Adult Learning Center. Call 859-654-3325, extension 2600 or 2601 for an appointment.) The applicant is qualified if 48 college credit hours has been completed with a GPA of 2.25 or above. An original transcript must be attached to the completed application.
4. If applying for a driving position, a Driving Records Report for the past five (5) years. Contact the Human Resource department at the Board of Education when submitting employment application to fill out the request form.
Follow directions carefully. Specific information is necessary to adequately evaluate an applicant’s qualifications. All items must be completed. Write NA if the item is not applicable.
After your application credentials are received, you MAY be selected to proceed in the interview process. The Pendleton County Board of Education is in no way obligated by the filing of this application and its acceptance does not indicate that there are open positions.
