1.  To initiate a NEW Participating Generator Agreement, please fill in the information requested below and return this form with a completed Schedule 1 in Excel http://www.caiso.com/Documents/ParticipatingGeneratorAgreement-Schedule1.xls to . Please note that Information Request Sheets are not used for schedule revisions. Please contact to request a schedule revision to an existing agreement.

2.  When completing the Schedule 1, please do not alter or adjust the worksheets in any way.

3.  All information must be complete before an agreement can be processed.

4.  Do not submit without an internal CAISO tracking number or Resource ID, or prior to your Scheduling Coordinator submitting the initial Resource Data Template (RDT) to . RDTs must be submitted to only. Please do not submit your RDTs to Regulatory Contacts.

Resource Naming Guidelines:
No use of company types, (i.e., LLC, Inc.), acronyms, Roman numerals, or special characters. The resource name cannot be more than thirty (30) characters in length. If the resource name is a duplication of a name already in use, the CAISO will request that a new name be used. No Exceptions.
