Parent Portal Tips and Troubleshooting

*If you cannot get your password to save, make sure you type enough characters to make the red go through yellow and all the way to green.

*If the activation key doesn’t work, you’ll have to call the school to begin troubleshooting.

*If the app on your mobile device is buggy, quirky, and/or glitchy, you should: 1. Check to make sure Infinite Campus is working on a desktop or laptop. If Infinite Campus is working on a desktop or laptop, you can uninstall the app from your mobile device and then reinstall the app on your mobile device. If that doesn’t work, we don’t have anything else. 2. If Infinite Campus is not working on the desktop or laptop, you will need to wait until it is working on the desktop or laptop then recheck your mobile device to see if the issue has been resolved.

*We don’t manage the app, control the app, or have anything to do with the app, except let you know it exists. Perhaps calling or emailing the company might make them aware of the issue and then they will be more likely to fix it, but we cannot reset the app, fix the app, reprogram the app, update the app, we are in fact useless when it comes to doing anything with the app other than uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Good luck.
