Instructions for Filling the Application Form
1. All the entries in the form must be made in block letters or typed and no column should be left blank.
2. There will be no bank service charges for online submission of processing fee through any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).
3. Application processing fee must be deposited in the online Account No. 00427991660803 (Title of Account: PIEAS-APF), All Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Branches in Pakistan.

Ø Application processing fee within due date Rs 2500 for off-line submission
Ø Application processing fee within two weeks after due date Rs 2500 for on-line submission
Ø Application processing fee within two weeks after due date Rs 3000 for off-line submission
*- Application processing fee is non-refundable.

§ Preferably apply online; application forms should be submitted on-line at PIEAS web site.
§ Copy of online bank deposit slip will be generated after submission of application form. Save a copy of the bank receipt for your record as well.

4. The following documents must reach Registrar Office not later than the advertised deadline at the following address and preferably, documents should be sent through Pakistan Post, TCS, OCS or Leopard services.
