GENERAL MEETING MINUTES
February 21, 2017
Present: Director Tony Cicerelli, Director Rich Martin, Fire Chief Jeff Dorhauer, Assistant Chief Stafford, Attorney Aaron Ellsworth, Office Manager Shelley Dougan, Engineer Brody Eller, Jim Cramer and Mike Roepe with Surdyke Yamaha.
Director Cicerelli called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Public Comment:
No Public Comment.
Consent Agenda:
Director Martin made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Director Cicerelli seconded the motion. Approved. Motion passed.
New Business:
Chief Dorhauer asked to table the Surdyke Yamaha resolutions until Jim Cramer and Mike Roepe arrived. Director Martin made a motion to table the resolution presentation. Director Cicerelli seconded the motion. Approved. Motion passed.
Chief Dorhauer announced he was accepted into a two week Fire Service Financial Management program at National Fire Academy in Emmitsburgh Maryland at the end of April.
Reports:
Assistant Chief Stafford’s report was accepted as submitted. Mandatory training dates are set for May 22nd and 23rd.
Fire Marshall Nicholson’s report was accepted as submitted.
Captain’s report was accepted as submitted.
New Business cont.’:
Upon Jim Cramer and Mike Roepe with Surdyke Yamahas arrival, Chief Dorhauer read to them the Lifesaving Resolutions adopted by the Osage Beach Fire Protection Districts Board of Directors on January 17, 2017 for their lifesaving act performed on July 23, 2016.

Roll call vote to adjourn to Executive Session for discussion of Personnel at 4:12 p.m.: Director Cicerelli – yes; Director Martin – yes.
General Meeting reconvened at 4:27 p.m. with Director Cicerelli stating there was nothing to report.
Meeting adjourned at 4:27 p.m.
Next scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors is Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
