Oakton: Getting Started with WileyPLUS and Desire to Learn

WileyPLUS is an online learning environment that helps you know: (1) what to do, (2) how to do it, and (3) If you’ve done it right! Your instructor has integrated WileyPLUS content within your D2L course to provide you with a clear path to studying success and provide homework assignments. Access WileyPLUS through Desire to Learn for the following experience:

Registration Code Savings!

You will need a registration code to access WileyPLUS through D2L. The code comes printed with a new Financial Accounting book:

· Buy the new, printed text in the bookstore and a WileyPLUS access code will be included. DO NOT THROW THIS CODE AWAY!

Note: If you purchase a used book you will still need to buy a WileyPLUS code. You can purchase the code by directly through D2L when clicking on any WileyPLUS link.

Student Quick Start

1. Log in to your D2L course, locate your course and click the WileyPLUS link in the Course menu and find the link to WileyPLUS or the WileyPLUS Homepage (If you cannot locate this link, contact your instructor).

2. Click on any link to WileyPLUS material (indicated by the WileyPLUS icon or click on any assignment).

3. Follow directions on the ‘Launch WileyPLUS Link’ and ‘End User License Agreement’

pages. (To expedite any future support needs you may have, we recommend that you choose to share your user information with WileyPLUS. Wiley will never share this information with any outside organizations.)

4. Enter your registration code, or indicate that you choose to purchase online access and follow the directions. You will be directed to your WileyPLUS course. To navigate back, close your wileyplus screen.

5. You will log into D2L each time to access all the WileyPLUS material and do not need a separate login name, password or URL.
