NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Hearing Board of Northampton Township will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 10, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the Northampton Township Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA, to hear the following appeals:

Appeal No. 2012-32 of Bogdan Charyton. The property involved in the application is known as 67 Brae Bourne Drive, Richboro, PA 18954 and as TMP #31-055-148. Applicant proposes to add an addition onto the rear of his existing home. Applicant requests a variance from the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance of 1977, as amended, sections 27-406.2.A.(4)(c) to reduce the rear yard setback from 50 feet to 43 feet and 5 inches. The property is zoned R-2 - Single-Family District.

Appeal No. 2012-33 of John Pawlowski. The property involved in the application is known as 165 Valley Drive, Churchville, PA 18966 and as TMP #31-019-151. Applicant proposes to construct a garage. Applicant requests a variance from the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance of 1977, as amended, sections 27-406.2.A.(4)(b) to have a side yard setback of 7 feet 11 inches instead of the permitted 20 feet and to have an aggregate side yard setback of 32 feet 11 inches instead of the required 45 feet. The property is zoned R-2 - Single-Family District.

Appeal No. 2012-34 of Hal and Robin Ganzman. The property involved in the application is known as 19 Farm House Lane, Richboro, PA 18954 and as TMP #31-84-72. Applicant proposes to install an inground pool and a patio. Applicant requests a variance from the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance of 1977, as amended, sections 27-903.4.C to permit an impervious surface ratio of 19.69% instead of the permitted 18%. The property is zoned C-R - Country Residential District.
