Dr. Priscilla N. Cohn: Professor Emeritus from Abington College, Pennsylvania State University; received her Ph. D. in philosophy from Bryn Mawr College, has written on animals, environmental issues, and ethical problems; her books on animals include Etica aplicada (Applied Ethics) with José Ferrater Mora, Contraception in Wildlife and Ethics and Wildlife; founder and director of the PNC foundation that organized the first international conference on Contraception in Wildlife in Philadelphia in 1987, and that initiated and funded the first PZP fertility study ever done on White-tailed Deer. http://www.pzpinfo.org/
