Dear Sir/madam,
Kindly submit your Rates for Hosting Dinner for 30-70 heads during the SAARC LITERARY FESTIVAL on SOUTH ASIAN NOVEL – 2013, BHUTAN, scheduled to be held from 18th to 20th December, 2013 at the SAARC Forestry Centre, Taba, Thimphu.
Your sealed quotations should be submitted along with the following:
1. Copy of Valid Trade License,
2. Copy of Trade Clearance Certificate,
3. EMD of Nu. 10,000(Ten Thousand) only in the form of Cash Warrant/Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Director, National Library & Archives, Thimphu,
to the undersigned latest by 1400 hrs on 4th December, 2013. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hrs. in the office of the Director General, Department of Culture, MoHCA, Thimphu.
