2018 Business Associate Summer Internship Program in Hong Kong

The Green Court Capital Management Business Associate Summer Internship Program is an eight- to ten-week program at the Hong Kong office. It offers participants the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working alongside other professionals supporting an investment team recognized as one of the most experienced and tenured within the China equity space. Successful candidates will work within the Operating Team, which is responsible for managing the general business affairs of the Company. The program is intended to be the first step toward joining the team for certain selected individuals who show strong potential and inclination. Considerable time will be spent mentoring and monitoring the progress of participants during the internship period.
The internship will focus on one or more major projects that require coordination with and the resulting exposure to multiple core business areas of the organization including Business Management, Business Development and Client Services, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Administration.
We are looking for candidates that possess a strong work ethic and have an inquisitive mindset, who excel in an open and collegial working environment. Applicants should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration degree program at a top university, with an anticipated graduation date before June 2019
- Ability to start the internship mid-June 2018 and complete a minimum of eight consecutive weeks in the program
- Two to three years of professional working experience in either the private or public sector; applicants from non-finance backgrounds are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Putonghua/Mandarin an advantage but not required
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivated, sense of ownership and efficient time management
