Family Sponsorship Registration: $1,200.00 with golf or $500.00 for scholarship only:
Golf includes a scholarship given in family’s name, tee sign, and commemorative golf shirts, 18 holes of golf, lunch, gift bags and Friday night dinner for team of four. May be given in honor of a loved one.
Deluxe Sponsor Registration: $255.00
Includes tee sign, commemorative golf shirt, 18 holes of golf, lunch, gift bag and Friday night dinner for one.
