· A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to lock the above date and time commitments. ** The remaining balance is due seven business days before the performance date.
· *** If the performance date is within 30 days of the contract date, the full balance is due.
· *For outdoor locations, the contracting party shall provide protective coverings for protection of David’s Equipmen, from rain or sun.
· The contracting party will provide AC Power within 10 feet of the performance site.
· **** Based on size of PA required for event and or if location does not have wheel chair access (no stairs and or paved pathway), the contracting party will pay a cartage fee of 75.00 per helper.
· Failure to comply with the above conditions could result in loss of performance and deposit
