-Routinely ride out of class as shift officer, and has experience as initial incident commander on multiple fire and EMS assignments.

-Completed 1 year study of CVA, MI, and Cardiac Arrests in District in conjunction with Regional Medical Centers, identified both strengths and weaknesses of division EMS response, and provided recommendations for improvement. Awarded 2012-2013 Knights of Columbus Blue Coat of the year for the state of Ohio. Awarded Columbus Division of Fire Public Safety Officer Award of Excellence for 2014.

Responsible for scheduling the tours of duty for over 500 Union Pilots flying the Citation Ultra. This involves duties including; constructing bid's for and awarding vacations, constructing bids for awarding schedule lines, scheduling training for pilots that complies with FAA regulation and company standards, interact with pilots to trouble-shoot areas of concern regarding their tours of duty and fix problems as they arise, interact with the pilot union, interact with company representatives to ensure maximum utility for our aircraft.
