1.  Introduction and Welcome
2.  Update on field and security situation / ACTION
Shared recommendations of Security Escort Task Force in order to coordinate use of security services of Haitian National Police (PNH), UNPOL and MINUSTAH. / 1) Plan in ahead and coordinate requests with OCHA coordinator, Boncana Maiga: ;
2) Collect information on road conditions and security hazards in advance of distribution.
Circulated worksheet to partners to compile proposed activities for upcoming week. Completed worksheet included in annex. / Few partners present and/or planning distributions à Follow-up with partners to compile activities; connect partners planning interventions in same areas; align interventions with findings produced by Critical Needs Action Plan.
3. Global distribution figures / ACTION
Presented 2-month overview of shelter response. Detailed materials distributed by household, distributions by commune and distributions by partner. Highlighted materials available to partners through pipeline. Reviewed application and reporting process to access materials for distribution / 1) Partners need to submit missing data on distributions: location down to the communal section level; selection criteria for beneficiaries; demographic data (as best available) - Submit distribution reporting to ; Cc:

4. Critical Needs Action Plan Overview / ACTION
Reviewed Critical Needs Action Plan:
A “decentralised, area-based approach, prioritizing the most affected areas and targeting the most vulnerable individuals in areas of return.” / 1) Take stock of existing info: assessments, response, census data
2) Fill gaps thru multi-sector evaluations
3) Analyze and prioritize areas, based on severity, vulnerability and partner capacity
4) Coordinate and align response with action plan findings
5. Handicap International: Designing Inclusive Programs / ACTION
Presentation on the imperative and principles for providing assistance to disadvantaged members of the community. Review of best practices for the inclusion of physically and mentally handicapped beneficiaries. / Presentation and technical notes available on the Shelter WG site.
