Ray has been in the first party commercial property claim business the past 28 years of a 31-year insurance claim career. A 1975 graduate of Providence College, Providence Rhode Island, Ray has held commercial property field claim positions ranging Property Adjuster {Liberty Mutual} to Executive General Adjuster {Wausau Insurance Cos}; HO Examining positions with Lexington Insurance and Wausau Insurance Cos and claim management positions with Wausau Insurance Cos and Liberty Mutual Property {AVP-Property Claims} and his current position with Liberty Mutual Property.

Ray has chaired a number of PLRB Workshops in the past involving Good Faith Claim Practices and Commercial Property Business Interruption and served on the PLRB Conference Committee from 1997- 2000.
