SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Competitive tenders in sealed covers super scribing the name of work are invited from registered contractors of Mahatma Gandhi University/reputed firms so as to reach the office of the undersigned not later than 3.00 pm on 19/12/2014. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.15 P.M in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives.

Tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours from 16/12/2014 up to 1.00 pm on 19/12/2014 EMD should be attached along with the tender in the form of FDR. Cheque and demand draft for EMD will not be accepted as EMD. Tender with DD / cheque are liable to be rejected. EMD drawn from any nationalized or schedule bank pledged in favour of University Engineer, M.G.University. Contractors have to submit preliminary Agreement in stamp paper of Rs.100/- along with the tender documents in the prescribed form. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. All other conditions are same as in the State Public Works Department.
