Weather: Mild and clear, with cloudy patches

8:00 AM Agent leaves office en route to The Ontario Court of Justice, 2201 Finch Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario.

8:45 AM Agent arrives at 2201 Finch Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario. There is no sign of Jamie BAILLIE in or around the courthouse.

The agent commences surveillance of courtroom 202, and the front entrance to the courthouse.

Note: Cameras are not permitted in courthouse in Ontario.

9:02 AM The agent observes an unknown white male enter the courthouse and approach courtroom 202.

The male is at least 6 foot 4 inches with a heavy build in excess of 300 pounds, He is wearing a blue shirt, blue trousers and glasses.

The agent has no trouble identifying this male as the same person pictured on the Internet as Jamie BAILLIE.

9:04 AM The unknown male enters courtroom 202 and takes a seat in the body of the court.

The agent enters the courtroom and also sits in the body of the court.

9:10 AM The court pages defendant “Jamie BAILLIE” to the front. The unknown male responds to the page. The court asks him his name and the male responds, “Jamie BAILLIE”

(NOTE: It would appear that BAILLIE was facing a criminal charge of being an Inmate of a Bawdy House, i.e. found (as a ‘John’) in a house of prostitution.)

Mr. BAILLIE’S lawyer addresses the Judge:

“Mr. BAILLIE has a receipt from the diversion program your Honour” (i.e. ‘John School’, a diversion programme created to de-criminalize the criminal offence of Soliciting for the purpose of Prostitution).

Mr. BAILLIE hands a piece of paper to the Crown Attorney (i.e. similar to a District Attorney in the U.S.A.)

The Crown Attorney withdraws the charge and tells Mr. BAILLIE he is free to go.

9:14 AM Mr. BAILLIE leaves the courtroom.

The agent leaves the courthouse and takes up surveillance of the entrance.

9:21 AM Mr. BAILLIE exits the courthouse and stands with a group of unknown females, by the entranceway.

9:30 AM Mr. BAILLIE enters a blue Oldsmobile, Ontario licence plates, ACYM 544. He is the lone occupant of the vehicle.

Mr. BAILLIE drives out of the parking lot and is followed by the agent:

E/B Finch Ave. West,

S/B Highway 400,

E/B Highway 401,

S/B Allen Road,

E/B Lawrence Avenue West,

N/B Brookview Avenue,

E/B Kirkland Avenue,

N/B Brucewood Avenue,

E/B Covington Road,

N/B Saranac Boulevard,

To number 42 Saranac Boulevard where he parks in the buildings parking lot, beside the building.

10:08 AM Mr. BAILLIE exits the vehicle and enters 42 Saranac Boulevard.

The name “BAILLIE, J” is listed on the front board with the Code “0003”.

10:10 Agent terminates surveillance and returns to the office, dropping film off for processing en route.

11:00 AM Agent arrives at office and completes reports.
