Living Well with Chronic Conditions
As we finish out the Christmas season and begin Epiphany, it is a great time to reflect on how we treat one of God’s greatest treasures; ourselves. It is proven that working together with supportive people makes our struggles easier. Beginning January 18th, join us on Wednesdays from 2-4pm for our 6-week workshop “Living Well with Chronic Conditions”. This is for adults with ALL types of ongoing mental and physical health issues of varying severity. If you feel like you need better control of your health, this is for you. Family member or caregiver may attend with you. Space is limited. Sign-up sheet, fee schedule, and informational flyers are available in the Commons or call the church office.
Eating Healthy on a Budget
January 18th, we will be offering a microwaveable “Fix and Freeze” on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm-8pm. Stay after the meal. Sign up in the commons.
