Living Classrooms' Second Annual
benefit game at the
Washington National’s vs. the Pirates
WHEN: Thursday, August 25th 5:30pm – Tailgate 7:05 pm Game against the Pirates
Free parking, beer, wine and snacks or cruise on the Living Classroom’s Half Shell or Mildred Belle at Diamond Teague Park (for the first 60 guests) to benefit Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region.
WHERE: DC's Southeast waterfront at the new Yards Park at the Capitol Riverfront~Free Parking at Lot N at 4th and Tingey Sts. SE. Boats are located at Diamond Teague Park adjacent to the National’s Stadium on the Anacostia River. *First Come-First Serve to first 60 ticket holders for tailgate on boats.
WHY: Living Classrooms Foundation, celebrating over 25 years including 10 years of operations in the National Capital Region, is a non-profit organization that inspires youth to achieve their potential through hands-on education and job training programs, using urban, natural, and maritime settings as "living classrooms."
