Dear Valued Customer:
Sunoco has pre-registered Phenol, Acetone, AMS, and BPA. Pre-registration of a chemical secures a continued presence on the market, with opportunity for a later registration under REACH. However, it does not commit the pre-registrant to register.
In accordance with REACH, Sunoco, Inc. (R&M) as a “non-Community manufacturer” of the above named substances, have designated as our Only Representative (OR):

Customers can be regarded as Downstream Users to Acta EU. As our OR, Acta EU will retain records of the annual volume of the substance imported by Customers from Sunoco, and will ensure, where applicable, that the latest hazard communication (i.e., Safety Data Sheet) on these substances is supplied to Customers.
Please let Acta EU know of your and your downstream customers’:
· EU tonnage band requirements so that volumes may be aggregated and your supply chain supported
· Intended applications so that they may be considered for inclusion in our registration.
It is the responsibility of Customers to inform Acta EU of the volume of the above named substances imported into the EU from Sunoco each year and changes to intended applications. Customers are required to pass the latest hazard communication along the supply chain or ensure that details from that hazard communication are incorporated into any subsequent hazard communications prepared.
