My name is Cindy Anderson and I possess extensive experience in the Recruiting, Staffing Strategies, and Human Resources areas with a specialty is in high-volume, high-end technical recruiting of Engineers, Managers, and Directors (and above) in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Information Technology, Network, Infrastructure, Internet, Database, Datawarehousing, Project Management, Engineering, and Telecommunications disciplines. While working in the consulting industry, I was integral to developing several “Practice Groups” which were new "start up" divisions, despite the fact that they were often within large organizations. As an initial member of several such efforts, my responsibilities included writing business plans, establishing policies and procedures, hiring key staff, managing budgets, and doing engagement management.

An additional 10+ years of experience as a Software Developer and IT Project Manager facilitates excellent rapport and relationships with hiring managers, technical leaders and candidates.

As an active member of the Suncoast Human Resources Management Association (SHRMA), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Colorado Technical Recruiter’s Network (CTRN), Boulder Area Human Resources Association (BAHRA), and Colorado Human Resources Association (CHRA), I have participated in many programs and events these organizations offer as well as have chaired several of their committees and events.

On a personal note, I enjoy outdoor activities, water sports, sailing, professional sports, domestic and international traveling, and ethnic dining. Due to my current parent care duties, I reside in Largo Florida (near Clearwater Beach in the Tampa area) and thus I must limit my client on-site time to this geographic area. Consulted on recruiting strategies (tools, methods, and advertising). Performed Human Resources activities in the areas of foreign national processing and salary administration. · Performed high-volume Technical Recruiting and Human Resources consulting and for a web-based, library/document management and retrieval company (Microhouse International). In the past I had done numerous direct placements and they had won a large project requiring doubling of their Software Development organization.
