Leadership Training Commitment

We are starting a Special Leadership Group that is designed to Teach, Train, Coach and Challenge a select group of upcoming and committed Primericans. This is not a group that you sign up for; it’s a group that you qualify to become a part of. This special leadership group will be coached and mentored by SNSD Karl Casper and NSD Jim Martinson.
Karl & Lonnie were paid over $100,000 their first full year in business in 1984. Since then, they have been paid several million dollars while earning promotions to RVP, SVP, NSD and are currently at a SNSD contract level.
Jim & Julie have been paid several Million dollars, making over $100,000 a year since 1997 and over $200,000 per year since 2005. They currently have a team that has serves several thousand clients with over 70 million in assets under management & almost a Billion in Total “in Force” Face amount. Jim has personally trained associates who have gone on and become RVP’s and $100,000 a year earners!
Commitments necessary to have an opportunity to be a part of Karl & Jim’s Leadership Training include:
#1 – You need to have completed your IBA & turned in a copy of your “25 Name list.”
#2 – You demonstrate belief in our products. You’ve completed your FNA and have applied for or own the products you qualify for. (No Hypocrites!)
#3 – You are committed to be plugged into our Tuesday night training programs.
#4 – You are willing to set specific activity goals and be held accountable to them each week.
#5 – You can commit to setting aside Sunday Nights (except Holidays) from 8:08pm-9:08pm to be a part of a web meeting for a minimum of a 3 month time period.
I have reviewed and will meet the 5 core commitments listed above and would like to become part of the Special Leadership Training Program on Sunday nights. I realize there are a limited number of people that are part of this group and agree that if I am not living up to the standards of the group I may lose the opportunity to participate with the group.
