Last year we got accredited for ALL 10 standards for 3 years

until 2018.

The team at Barton Private is getting ready for the yearly

accreditation review. Reports being prepared for submission

for our interim review.

On-site assessment is scheduled for Tuesday 15th November 2016.

Audits results and benchmarking results for the previous quarter

1-the Risk Management Processes Review- An improvement from 91% last year to 97% in 2016.

2- BPH scored 100% for Clinical Processes Review- Audit results were much improved compared

to last year’s results 83%

3-Medication Management Review with compliance of 99.1% to compare to 97% last year.

Quality Improvement project identified from the above audits are in progress and as follow:

1- Education for the Work Health and Safety officer

2- Work instructions and guidelines for Fire warden

3- Review of cleaning contractor
