students obtained a satisfactory rating for Section II of the WCET during preceptorship.

Although 7% (2/29) students failed the clinical portion of this class. They will be back in Spring 2015. A individualized remediation plan has been put into place for both students.

Students obtained a satisfactory rating for Section II of the WCET during preceptorship.
1 students withdrew for personal reasons and does not plan on returning to the program. 1 student failed N343 and was unable to return to the program. Neither attended preceptorship, which is the clinical portion of N347 and therefore did not participate in the portion of the evaluation. / Fall 2014:

Criteria for Success:
75% of the class will a score a 90% on their written QSEN – “KSA” assignment. / Fall 2014:
66% (19/29) scored a 90% on their written QSEN – “KSA” assignment.
17% (5/29) scored an 87%.

Criteria not met.
Students lost points as they wrote a “research” paper versus a “reflective” paper, which was essential to describe how they mastered the KSA’s for each QSEN competency. For Spring 2015 the word REFELECTIVE was highlighted to see if perhaps the criteria for success could be met.
