OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER/WIN: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to enter for your chance to win in this sweepstakes.

a. Live Audience at Grand Casino Hinckley method of entry: To enter via this method of entry you must be a Grand Rewards member at Grand Casino Mille Lacs or Grand Casino Hinckley, and be a member of the live studio audience of the October 26, 2012 Twin Cities Live show at Grand Casino Hinckley from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (“Event”).

i. How to obtain tickets: There are 3 ways to obtain entry to be a studio audience member: (1) beginnings weekdays (Monday-Friday) from Monday, October 1, 2012 through Thursday, October 25, 2012, watch Twin Cities Live and listen for the prompt to be the 5th caller to win four (4) entries to the Event. If you are the 5th caller, you will receive four (4) entries to the Event; or (2) from Monday, October 1, 2012, through 11:59:59 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2012, go to the www.twincitieslive.com website, click on the "Costume Contest" icon and complete the reservation form to reserve two (2) entries to the Event. There are 400 entries available via this method; or (3) visit Grand Casino Hinckley on Friday, October 26, 2012 beginning at 12:00 p.m. to request your entry. Guests must be a Grand Rewards member to receive an entry. Membership is free and easily obtainable at any Grand Rewards counter. Seating is available on a first come first served basis and there are 200 entries available via this method. Entries to the Event are free but there are a limited number of entries available. KSTP-TV and Grand Casino Hinckley are not responsible for problems accessing the website or completing the entry, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the entry, or any other problems which might or might not result from this sweepstakes.

ii. How to play: Upon arrival to the Event, visit the Grand Casino Hinckley promotion room to receive your wristband. Winner names will be available at each counter. Once you receive your wristband, visit the designated Grand Casino Kiosks (Kiosk #9, 10, or 11) and swipe your Grand Rewards card for an entry into the virtual drawing. Kiosks are located in the Events & Convention Center. Names will be randomly drawn prior to the “Twin Cities Live” show and recorded on the Prize list in the order of which they were drawn. Throughout the live broadcast of the “Twin Cities Live” show at the Event, John and Elizabeth will announce the winning names. Odds of winning depend on the number of wristbands distributed during the Event, divided by the number of prizes available via this method of entry.

b. The “watch and win” method of entry. Watch "Twin Cities Live" on Friday October 26, 2012 between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on KSTP-TV. During the show, be the 5th caller to call 651-989-5555 whenever you see the number flash on the screen, and you will win one of the prizes available via this method of entry. KSTP-TV and Grand Casino Hinckley are not responsible for problems completing the telephone call, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the entry, or any other problems which might or might not result from this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of other callers simultaneously calling in.

2. PRIZES: Twent-eight (28) Live Audience prizes, per Paragraph 1 a. above, will be awarded randomly, at Sponsor’s sole an absolute discretion, as follows:

a. One (1) $2,000 diamond necklace from Continental diamond. Value: $2,000.00.

b. One (1) $500 Warners' Stellian gift card. Subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as printed on card. Value: $500.00.

c. Three (3) (awarded to three (3) separate winners), A 4-pack of American Storm tickets Subject to the terms, restrictions and conditions printed on the ticket. Valid on dates as specifically set forth by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Value: $180 each pack.

d. Two (2) $200.00 worth of Grand Play. Valid only at Grand Casino Hinckley and subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth by Grand Casino. Value: $200.00.

e. Three (3) (awarded to three (3) separate winners).- A HP mini Notebook. Make and model determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Value: $400 each.

f. Five (5) (awarded to five (5) separate winners) - A Kodak Camera, make and mode as specified by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Value: $150.00 each.

g. Five (5) (awarded to five (5) separate winners) – A Fossil Watch, make and model as specified by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Value: $125 each.

h. One (1) 25-minute Express Facial from the Grand Harmony Spa (tax & gratuity are not included) Value: $55.

i. One (1) 25-minute Bath Ritual from the Grand Harmony Spa (tax & gratuity are not included). Value: $45.

j. One (1) Spa package at Grand Harmony Spa, including: a 40 Minute Nail Rituals from the Grand Harmony Spa & 25 Minute Massage (tax & gratuity are not included). Value: $105.00.

k. Six (6) (awarded to six (6) separate winners) - A $20 Food vouchers to Cherries Snack Shop - $20 each.

Six (6) watch-and-win prizes, per Paragraph 1 b above, will be awarded randomly, at Sponsor’s sole an absolute discretion, as follows:

a. Two (2) (awarded to two (2) separate winners) – A four-pack of American Storm Tickets. Subject to the terms, restrictions and conditions printed on the ticket. Valid on dates as specifically set forth by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Value: $120 each.

b. Two (2) (awarded to two (2) separate winners) – A HP mini Notebook, make and model to be determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Value: $400 each.

c. One (1) - Spa package at Grand Harmony Spa, including a 40 Minute Nail Ritual & a 25 Minute Massage (tax & gratuity are not included). Value: $105

d. One (1) $100.00 worth of Grand Play. Valid only at Grand Casino Hinckley and subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth by Grand Casino. Value: $100.00.

A qualified winner must also meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph 4 of these rules. Limit one prize per person. The winner is responsible for paying all applicable income taxes. A 1099 will be submitted to all appropriate taxing authorities, and by signing the Prize Release, the winner accepts the prize, and even if the winner does not use the prize, he/she will be responsible for the applicable taxes. The prize must be accepted in its entirety, and cannot be divided or accepted in part.

3. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: The winner must claim his/her prize in person (unless otherwise noted at the Event) at the KSTP-TV Studios, 3415 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55114, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) within ten (10) days after the day he or she wins. Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner’s forfeiture of his or her right to claim a prize. The winner must present identification acceptable to KSTP-TV (e.g., state drivers license; state issued identification card; valid passport with address verification; or birth certificate with social security card and photo identification and address verification). If a qualifier winner cannot prove he or she is qualified to accept the prize, the prize will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Twin Cities Live.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the Live Audience portion of this sweepstakes and the watch-and-win portion of this sweepstakes. Employees of Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., KSTP-TV, LLC and Associates of Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley and the American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., including their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. In order to be eligible to win a prize in this contest, you cannot have won and accepted any prize from Twin Cities Live within 30 days prior to the awarding of a prize to you in this sweepstakes, or won and accepted any prize or combination of prizes with a total stated value of $1,000.00 or more from Twin Cities Live within 365 days prior to the awarding of a prize to you in this sweepstakes

5. RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS: The winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility. Each person entering this sweepstakes (a) agrees to release and indemnify Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., KSTP-TV, LLC and Grand Casino Hinkley (including their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize(s), and (b) consents to the use by KSTP-TV and Grand Casino Hinckley for promotional purposes only of his/her likeness and/or voice, address (city and state) without any additional compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner and his/her guests agree to be bound by these official rules, including the above release.

6. WINNER LIST: For the names of the winners, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope before November 30, 2012, to Winners List, Twin Cities Live, Grand Casino Show Giveaway, 3415 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55114.

7. MISCELLANEOUS:

Decisions of KSTP-TV concerning any and all matters with respect to this sweepstakes shall be final. KSTP-TV reserves the right to change these rules, as well as the terms and conditions of this sweepstakes, without notice. KSTP-TV reserves the right to change the prize values at any time, or to substitute prizes of comparable value. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. KSTP-TV is not responsible for printing errors in the sweepstakes materials or these official rules.
