Description of Task
Company employees need to develop job descriptions. This task must to be completed early in the first quarter of business set-up. Once job descriptions are written, the interview process may begin.
Requirements
After business selection, the writing of job descriptions and the interviewing to staff each Virtual Enterprise, must be completed early in the first quarter. The Job Description and all materials required for interviewing (resume, cover letter, and letters of recommendation) should be placed in the students portfolios.

Objective:
After the meeting all departments should know the specific task they are to complete and the timeline for completing it. Meetings are to improve Administrative Team's ability to manage the daily operations of the virtual business. Open and effective communication between departments is essential to running an efficient operation.

Steps to Complete:
At the beginning of the quarter the CEO & VP of Administration are to check the Virtual Enterprise website for the list of general list of tasks to be completed by all companies. Notice from this list the due date, "description of task," and "requirements." Keeping this information in mind, the CEO & VP of Administration is to outline which department will be responsible to complete the task. It may be helpful for these employees to construct a graphic timeline or layout tasks on a large wall calendar. Dates for when work on a specific task should begin should also be included.
Focusing on the first 1 or 2 quarterly task(s) each department is responsible for the Executive Secretary should meet with the CEO & VP of Administration to construct the agenda for the meeting. The final version of the agenda should be typed professional document. Copies of the agenda should be made for everyone expected to attend the meeting. See below.
Expect to conduct at least once a week to keep all departments aware of the company's progress on completing tasks.

**A typed agenda should be distributed to all attendees at the beginning of the meeting. The agenda should be prepared prior to the meeting (day before).

Agenda

When you plan to conduct a meeting, it is very important to have a schedule of events that are to be discussed during the meeting. This schedule of events is called an Agenda. Every meeting held should have an agenda. For the Administrative Meeting, the CEO (or his administrative assistant) should prepare the agenda – prior to the meeting. For the Departmental Meeting, the VP of each department should prepare the agenda. Most agendas contain the following topics (usually in the following order):

5.  Committee (or department) reports

7.  Open discussion period
