Rough Clean

1. ¨ Check that the windows are clean. Check for streaks

2. ¨ Check window tracks for dirt and debris

3. ¨ Check that thresholds are cleaned

4. ¨ Check that doors are cleaned inside and outside

5. ¨ Check that kitchen cabinets are cleaned inside and out

6. ¨ Check that vanity cabinets are cleaned inside and out

7. Check the plumbing fixture are clean including:

¨ Water Closets

¨ Tubs

¨ Showers

¨ All lavatories

¨ Kitchen sink

Final Clean

1. ¨ Check all carpet is vacuumed

2. ¨ Check that hard surface flooring is mopped and any excess glue is removed

3. ¨ Check that garage is swept

4. ¨ Check that hardwood flooring is wiped down with manufacturer's approved cleaner

5. ¨ See that all plumbing fixtures and cabinets get a touch-up clean

6. ¨ Check that all surfaces and trim are wiped down

7. ¨ Remove covers for all appliances, (microwave filters, range eye covers), and put warranties in cabinet drawers

Homeowner Touch up Clean

1. ¨ Check all carpet is vacuumed
