What Can You Do?

Use your phone or other device to make a video and invite your colleagues to make one also.

· Begin the video with your name, school, district and city.

· Length should be about 2 to 3 minutes.

· Keep it informal at any site: home, classroom, ????.

· NO KIDS should be shown.

· The message is the most important thing not the production quality or cutesiness.

· Email it to .

Review: We will then review the videos to ensure the site remains a place for positive, meaningful messages of teachers committed to their students’ learning and the profession.

Upload and Organization. We will then upload them to our live channel. Once we accumulate many videos, we will start to organize the site.

The topic is your choice about what gets you excited or illustrates your passion. Here are some ideas to jumpstart your thinking but do not limit your comments to these. Nothing is too small.

· When you changed a students’ life, knowledge or skill, confidence….

· One thing you want the world to know about why you love teaching.

· A moment today, last week or year when everything worked with your students or one student.

· Something you were thinking about and it worked

· How your collaboration with a colleague helped you do something better.

· How everyday you are excited to teach because ….

· How you have been waiting for something to happen and it did today.
