Abstract:

ITQI and Recurrent Training

Qantas has progressed its Recurrent Training Program from the typical tasked based practice followed by assessment, to a formalized training and assessment program that includes set Training Modules planned over a three year cycle. Having concluded the first three year cycle, the Australian Regulator has acknowledged the benefits of the program and is now open to further enhancements that evidence based training (EBT) can bring.
