Holy and Righteous Decree
Unto All Who Shall Read These Presents, Greeting:
Thus Saith The Most High:
ALIHA ASUR HIGH: ""Son of Fire, Son of Fire, I have heard the petition spoken in the Mouths of The Akurians Assembled of their great concern for all that lives upon the Earth in this Generation of Ish and all that shall befall this Generation of Fire should their great concerns not be fully attended. ""I have heard and considered the Petition of Justice upon those suspected as being the perpetrators: the Whole of the House of Levi and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof and the Whole of the House of Judah and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof; and I have sent My Own Servants of My Own Presence to venture forth and determine if these things are True and to determine those responsible for the Evils thereof; and the Report of My Own Servants of My Own Presence unto Me has confirmed every determination of My Akurians.
""And because I heard and considered the Petition of Justice upon those determined to be the perpetrators thereof: the Whole of the House of Levi and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof and the Whole of the House of Judah and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof; and because the Report of My Own Servants of My Own Presence unto Me has confirmed every determination of My Akurians; I, Myself, lowered My Own Eye and lowered My Own Ear to the whole of the Earth and each and every living creature thereof to verify in absolute certainty the Holy Truth of the situation presented.
""And I, Myself, having seen with My Own Eye and heard with My Own Ear the concerns and evidences thereof presented, do declare the great concerns of My Akurians to be valid, the Petition of Justice to be worthy of My Direct Consideration, and all the Evils determined to be perpetrated by the Whole of the House of Levi and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof and the Whole of the House of Judah and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof to be Truth Unquestionable in My Presence.
""And this is the Essence and Nature of what My Own Eye and My Own Ear and My Own Servants of My Own Presence did verify:
""That for scores of decades the Whole of the House of Levi and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof and the Whole of the House of Judah and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof have knowingly and with greed and lust for unjustified power aforethought and prime intent supported, expounded, expanded, and wheresoever possible, enforced by whatever means at their disposal:
""By any pretext: to deceive all souls in all the lands and all the families of all the tribes of all the peoples of all the nations:

""Fifth, by collusion, conspiracy, deceit and murder, and all treasons they deem necessary to secure absolute control of any and all laws and all controls and enforcements thereof, that they secure all the wealth thereof unto themselves alone to deceive all nations and legislated enslavement upon all who will abide them;
""Sixth, by collusion, conspiracy, deceit and murder, and all treasons they deem necessary to secure absolute control of any and all legislations and enactments into law, that they secure all the wealth thereof unto themselves alone to deceive all nations and control all the resources thereof for their own socialist agenda to enslave the whole world;
""Seventh, by collusion, conspiracy, deceit and murder, and all treasons they deem necessary to secure absolute control of and absolute denial of any and all Freedoms and Liberties of all souls in all the lands and all the families of all the tribes of all the peoples of all the nations, that every thought, every spoken word, every written word, every decision, every action, every perception, every purchase, every exchange, every communication thereof, should be monitored, reviewed, controlled and penalized lest it reveal the Holy and Righteous Truth of the Whole of the House of Levi and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof and the Whole of the House of Judah and all knowing and unknowing associates, assigns and supporters thereof, and all their Damnations of Socialism and Total Global Enslavement of the whole world.

And unto all the Righteous will I, Myself, Testify to the Holy Truth thereof.
""Therefore, whosoever shall read these Presents and know them to be true are of Righteousness before Me. And unto all those Righteous will I, Myself, Testify to the Holy Truth hereof, save the socialist, both communist and the fascist, the Levite and all their knowing minions and the Judean and all their knowing minions who know these things are Truth because they are the Perpetrators of All the Evils thereof and know by these Presents their time is short, and My Wrath shall be without mercy upon them.
""Therefore, whosoever shall read these Presents and be offended of them are of their Father, Satan, and love the Damnations of Socialism above the Peace and Security of My Holy Law, save the socialist, both communist and the fascist, the Levite and all their knowing minions and the Judean and all their knowing minions who know these things are Truth because they are the Perpetrators of All the Evils thereof and know by these Presents their time is short, and My Wrath shall be without mercy upon them.
