Our School’s Current Objectives are to:
1. / To increase the rate of progress of all EAL /BME pupils in English and Maths to 4+ APS per year (an average of 8+APS over 2 years) in order to raise attainment across the school.
2. / To maintain and promote our Statutory Equality Duty to:
•Address and eliminate discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
•Improve equality opportunities between those with a protected characteristic and those without. (Vulnerable Groups)
•Foster good relationships between those with a protected characteristic and those without through Community Cohesion
3. / To ensure that the behaviour of all pupils at all times continues to be “good” and improves to “outstanding”
4. / To continue to improve the overall attendance of all pupils to obtain National Expectation of 95% and above. To minimise further the number of unauthorised absences.

·  “Hogarth Hub” meetings to engage BME parents and carers positively in school life offering guidance and practical resources on how to support pupil progress at home.
·  Additional intervention support and strategies for focus pupils by TAs.
·  Planned “Hogarth Hub” events working in partnership with “The Pavilion” and Hogarth Extended Schools Manager.
·  On-going monitoring of attendance, punctuality, behaviour, sanctions and rewards each term that is reported to Governors. The awarding of the Hogarth Attendance Cup and attendance and punctuality incentives each term.
·  The appointment of Attendance Officer, Rob Jones, to work in partnership with the school and parents/carers to promote good attendance and punctuality from Foundation 1 to Year 6.
·  Weekly “Star” and termly “Gold Award” assemblies that celebrate the achievements of ALL pupils.
·  The celebration of annual Cultural celebrations e.g. Chinese New Year, Diwali, Ramadan, Christmas.
·  Parental Engagement Events each term throughout the school to support pupil progress.
·  Numerous events and courses offered at “The Pavilion” by the Extended School Manager to engage and skill our parents and carers.
·  EPIC Parent Counsellor and Behaviour Therapist, Allyson Magill, working with staff and parents in Parent Engagement sessions.
·  School Pupil Council.
·  Subsidised places at The Pavilion offered for some Pupil Premium Pupils.
