3. PUBLIC HEARING – to consider amending Hiawatha Code of Ordinances Chapter 165 Unified Development Code amending the following sections pertaining to outside storage:
· §165.16 Land Uses and Regulations by District by adding language to include landscaping and building elements as part of the required screening for outside storage
· §165.23 Supplemental Yard Regulations by adding regulations for outside storage containers and options for walls and fences to be used for screening
· §165.96 Definitions adding a definition for Storage Containers

b. Consider Resolution setting a public hearing date (March 2, 2016 @ 5:30 P.M.) to consider adopting a Revenue Purpose Statement regarding use of revenues from proposed gas and electric franchise fees pursuant to Iowa Code §364.2(4)(f)
8. Consider motion setting a public hearing date (March 2, 2016 @ 5:30 P.M.) to consider adopting the FY 2016-2017 final proposed budget, and providing for publication of notice
9. Consider Resolution setting a public hearing date (March 2, 2016 @ 5:30 P.M.) on the proposal to enter into a six (6) year Development Agreement with Longfellow Square L.C. and providing for publication of notice
10. Consider Resolution accepting a Warranty Deed for the conveyance of real estate located at 96 North Center Point Road to the City of Hiawatha by Elie and Lillian Khairallah
11. Consider Resolution approving and authorizing a contract between the City of Hiawatha and Data Technologies, Inc. to perform work necessary to convert the Water Utility Software Module and City Software Module into one database to streamline finance/accounting processes
