1. In Earnings Options in Paychoice, add earnings code 59 which is Group Term Life.

2. Generate a refresh for your Paychoice Connection client.

3. Follow the instructions for Creating a Spread Sheet. Select Tools, Spread Sheet Maintainence.

4. In the Batch Creation Wizard, select GTL_Calc.xls as the Spread Sheet Template.

5. When opening the spread sheet, you will see two spread sheets, Batch and Calc. Batch contains the earnings codes and employees and Calc contains the Group Term Life calculator.

6. In the Calc spread sheet, calculate the Group Term Life, then enter the amounts for code 59 in the spread sheet called Batch.

7. When the spread sheet is completed, initial it and save it.

8. Select Activity, Spread Sheet Import.
