Florida State Service Scholar Program / 5:00 pm
1/22/15 / 2,400 / The Service Scholar Program recognizes select incoming students with an outstanding record of community service and leadership, and who want to continue that commitment at FSU. The Program benefits include a scholarship valued at $2,400 per year for up to four years, participation in a service-learning academic curriculum, exposure to a diverse group of individuals and social issues, and support by an assigned faculty mentor.

AGWT Scholarship for College Groundwater Scientists / 6/1/15 / 7000 / As a past participant in the American Ground Water Trust’s Ground Water Institute for Teachers outreach program, you are aware of the Trust’s mission to increase the awareness of citizens about the value of ground water and how to protect the resource. You understand the important role that scientists play in this process through the implementation of good scientific methods to study the resource followed by the interpretation and reporting of the results to the public in an understandable and relevant format. The Trust administers three scholarships that help young scientists, who are interested in ground water-related college majors, attend the freshman year of college.
The American Ground Water Trust will award up to $7,000 in scholarship money through three merit-based scholarship programs this year:
1) Amtrol Inc. Scholarship (Two)
2) Baroid Scholarship
3) Thomas M. Stetson Scholarship
Submission of one application will qualify the applicant for consideration for all four scholarships.

The Logan Scholarship / Must be postmarked by 02/28/15 and received by 03/06/15 / 3.5 / $2,500 / High school seniors who participate in athletics and attend a high school in the Bright House Sports Network viewing area.
