I did troll through spreadsheets and found various failure issues (e.g., regulators, connector screws etc).

Your response said that a module battery failure would lead to the whole module being replaced. OK. Some follow up questions:

1. Do all module failures lead to the whole module being replaced?

2. Do all meter failures lead to the module being replaced?

Regarding the battery failure issue, your response pointed to file Chapter III, Excel file name - Financial Template_Deploy Full 6[1].1.xls; tab Ref 15-18, 23-26 Mods&Installs, Excel row 30. I traced this back to file Chapter III Workpapers, Global Assumptions 2008 Feb 6 MM meters, failure rate (row 14), failures (rows 44 - 72). It seemed like all meter failures led to module replacement.

3. Do all meter failures lead to the meter being replaced?
