3.  Child Welfare League of America à CWLA is an association of nearly 800 public and private nonprofit agencies that assist more than 3.5 million abused and neglected children and their families each year with a range of services. The Child Welfare League of America is the nation's oldest and largest membership-based child welfare organization.

They state that they ere committed to engaging people everywhere in promoting the well-being of children, youth, and their families, and protecting every child from harm.   1. The mission of the National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect (NDACAN) is to facilitate the secondary analysis of research data relevant to the study of child abuse and neglect. By making data available to a larger number of researchers, NDACAN seeks to provide a relatively inexpensive and scientifically productive means for researchers to explore important issues in the child maltreatment field.

6.  Coalition of Adoption and Foster Family Service comprises of several different agencies in Western New York. They provide services toward enhancing the quality of adoption services to children and their families. The CAFS focuses on providing foster care and adoption services.

One of the goals of this organization is toward providing current

information to communities on relevant adoption and foster care matters. They do so through workshops, media, publications, and conferences.
