The fourth lecture of the 2006-07 Distinguished Lecture Series features Dinesh D’Souza, named by New York Times Magazine as one of America’s most influential conservative thinkers. The lecture is Tuesday, January 30 at 7:30 pm in Union Theater, Memorial Union, 800 Langdon St.

Tickets are free and available for sale starting Tuesday, January 23 at the Union Theater box office in Memorial Union.

D’Souza, a fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution, is a noted public opinion and public policy analyst. He has served as a senior policy analyst in the Reagan administration, and has written several books featured on the New York Times best seller list. D’Souza’s most controversial and well-known topics for discussion include affirmative action, feminism and immigration. Conservative and liberal thinkers alike are sure to find his lecture provocative and intelligent.

D’Souza’s visit is sponsored by the Wisconsin Union Directorate’s Distinguished Lecture Series Committee and co-sponsored by Chadbourne Residential Hall and University Bookstore.
