Chairman Thompson called the March 11, 2015 meeting of the House Finance Subcommittee on Agriculture, Development, and Natural Resources to order at 2:06pm.

The clerk took the roll and all members were present.

The subcommittee members reviewed the minutes from the previous meeting on their IPads. Without objection the minutes were approved.

Chairman Thompson called on Amanda Kiger of East Liverpool to provide testimony. Ms. Kiger submitted written testimony and answered questions from the subcommittee.

Chairman Thompson called on Amanda Heddleston of East Liverpool to provide testimony. Ms. Heddleston submitted written testimony and answered questions from the subcommittee.

Chairman Thompson called on Lynn Boyle of East Liverpool to provide testimony. Ms. Boyle submitted written testimony and answered questions from the subcommittee.

Chairman Thompson called on Andrew LaVogue of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative to provide testimony. Mr. LaVogue submitted written testimony and answered questions from the subcommittee.
