FYI

I have 3 sisters who have celiac (cannot have wheat, barley or anything with gluten). Maybe you have students, family members or friends who have celiac. An excellent resource is the web site Eating gluten free http://www.eatingglutenfree.com/ The cookbook is the most practical down to earth real food for families that I have seen for celiacs.

Hope this helps someone out there who has been wondering and worrying.
