FIDGET QUILT INFORMATION Charlotte Quilters Guild Will Begin a Project to Supply the Haven

FIDGET QUILT INFORMATION –
Charlotte Quilters’ Guild will begin a project to supply The Haven at Carolina Village with Fidget Quilts for their clients. Look through your leftover fabrics from projects, your stash of trims, lace, buttons and zippers and be creative! Turn in at monthly guild meetings to the Outreach Committee.

We will keep our fidget quilts to about 20” square so they stay on the lap.
Use a fabric that is not slippery for the backing, like flannel, corduroy or fleece.
The front can have a patchwork look, or a solid fabric with lots of other fabrics appliquéd onto the front.
It must be able to withstand washing.
