The Jackson Parish Industrial District Board met in the Fain Building at 320 6th Street at 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2011 in a regularly scheduled meeting.
Members present: Don Essmeier, Sean Disotell, Claudean Cartwright and Wilda Smith.
Absent: Nathaniel Zeno, Jr., Mayor Leslie Thompson.
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Sean Disotell. The invocation was given by Sean Disotell; Don Essmeier led the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.
There were no public comments.
Motion Claudean Cartwright second Don Essmeier to approve the April 14, 2011 minutes. Motion carried
