*Total of points = extra credit points – but only if the errors are correct! : )

*If you find an error not listed, see me to assign point value.

*Errors/corrections are based on FORMAL RULES OF GRAMMAR.

THE PROCESS

1. When you find an error, take a picture of it.

2. Next, take a picture of this error with you in the photo.

3. Compile your photos into a PowerPoint or Keynote slide show.

4. Create a title slide with your name, class period, and date.

5. Make sure each slide contains the following:

a photo of the error

a photo with you

the explanation of the error

the way it should be presented correctly

6. Use only one error photo per slide; however, there may be more than one error per photo.

7. Write the number of points at the bottom of each slide.

8. The last slide should state your total points for the project.

-Remember, DO NOT use any errors found online, in text messages, etc.

-You may add bells and whistles (special techniques, music, etc.) if you wish, but the focus is on the errors you find.

-Either email your slide show as an attachment or save it on a flash drive and bring it to class.
