SELECTION CRITERIA

i.  A Level passes in 2 subjects; and grades GCSE A-C in English and Mathematics, or equivalent. (Be specific, giving full details, dates etc. of when you attained the qualification and experience. Original qualifications certificates(s) will be required if called for interview).

OR

ii.  3 years’ experience at supervisory level with responsibility for managing people within the tourism or hospitality management industry. (Be specific about detail and level of experience including dates etc)

AND

iii.  A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administration environment including a working knowledge of interpretation and application of guidelines and legislation. (Be specific about detail and level of experience including dates etc)

PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS
